Call for Chapters – Peer-Reviewed Edited Colloquium book “Politics and narratives of the body 3”

The Scientific Committee of the Colloquium invites participants to submit original manuscripts for potential publication in the book “Politics and narratives of the body 3”.

Scope and Objectives

This call aims to gather academic contributions derived from presentations delivered at the Colloquium, fostering critical debate and the dissemination of research in the field.

Review Process

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process. A maximum of 20 articles will be selected for publication in the volume. Manuscripts that are accepted but not selected may be considered for publication in indexed academic journals.

Submission Requirements

• Articles must be written in one of the two official languages of the Colloquium (English or Spanish); 
• Manuscripts must include an abstract in the original language of the text; 
• Only original contributions derived from presentations delivered at the event will be accepted; 
• Submissions must be made exclusively through the Google Form indicated in this official communication; 
• Manuscripts must not exceed 35,000 characters, including references and footnotes, excluding the abstract; 
• Manuscripts must strictly comply with the templates and formatting guidelines provided by the Scientific Committee. 

Key Dates

• Submission deadline: July 15, 2026 
• Expected publication of the volume: March 2027, by Ledizioni (Milan, Italy) 

Formatting Guidelines

Official templates (in English and Spanish) are attached to the call email. Failure to comply with formatting requirements may result in disqualification.
